Theresa Postell was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina to Mr. and Mrs. Jeramiah . She is the sister of two brothers Postell. She’s been blessed with four children; three boys and one girl. She now resides in Savannah, Georgia, Dr .T .Postell Educational background includes studies in Criminal Justice, at Orangeburg Calhour Technical College, Social Work and Psychology at South Carolina State University, Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral Degree in Divinity at Higher Place Christian University. In 2018 Dr. Postell opened Destiny Changers Bible College. She also studied Lithograph Technology, Master Cosmetology and Barber Instructor and Owner of Savannah Cosmetology Nail and Barber Institute.
Apostle Postell began preaching and evangelizing at an early age under the leadership of her mother, Margaret Mintz and her spiritual mother, Judith Quarles, they observed the act of God on her life several years, during which she did Prison Ministry, and Evangelistic outreach for approximately ten (10) year.
In 2000 she was licensed as an Evangelist and in 2004 God allowed her to be ordained as the Pastor of Victory Deliverance Center in Orangeburg, south Caroline.
In July 2016 the second Ministry was born, Victory Praise and Worship Center which is in Savannah, Georgia. That Ministry’ sole purpose is to train and equip the saints for the Ministering of the Gospel. Apostle Postell has been led by the unction of the Holy Spirit to minister to people from all walks of life. To preach and teach the body of Christ that “accepting our past, pushes us into our future.”
Apostle Postell was once a prisoner, trapped with in her own self and the streets of South Carolina, but God has since set her free. She has drawn strength from the Holy Spirit, which is her Keeper, Teacher and Guide. She strongly believes that this is what God has called her to do, because when she was poor; He preached to her; when she was broken, He mended Her; When she was in bondage, He free her; and when she was blind, He opened her eyes
